Members of the Montana Dental Association offers two access-to-care programs designed to provide free dental care to persons who are unable to obtain care. MDA dentists and their staff generously devote their time and skills to these programs for Montana children and adults who might not otherwise have access to quality dental care.  Click here to find out more information about these two programs and how to obtain care.

Community Health Care Center

Community Health Care Center is a not for profit Federally Qualified Health Center focusing on providing high quality, cost-effective, comprehensive primary and preventive medical, dental and behavioral health care.  The CHCC provides services for all residents of Cascade County and its surrounding communities, regardless of race, sex, religion, or income.  We especially focus on serving individuals who are low-income, uninsured, under-insured, and those who could not otherwise afford medical and dental care.  CHCC is not a free clinic, but fees are based on a sliding fee with a minimum fee of $20 for an office visit.

The Montana Migrant & Seasonal Farm worker Council, Inc., -- Migrant Health Program, Inc. provides access for migrant and seasonal farm workers and their families to comprehensive, culturally competent primary and preventive health care, transportation, outreach, dental, pharmaceutical, occupational health and safety, and environmental health. These programs use bilingual, bicultural lay outreach workers, health personnel, and culturally sensitive appropriate protocols that cover all life cycles.
