preventive medical, dental and behavioral health care. The CHCC provides services for all residents of Cascade County and its
surrounding communities, regardless of race, sex, religion, or income.
We especially focus on serving individuals who are low-income,
uninsured, under-insured, and those who could not otherwise afford
medical and dental care. CHCC is not a free clinic, but fees are based on a sliding fee with a minimum fee of $20 for an office visit. The Center for Mental Health currently serves 13 counties in Central Montana. These programs use bilingual, bicultural lay outreach workers, health personnel, and culturally sensitive appropriate protocols that cover all life cycles.
